Job Description

As a Healthcare Administrator, you will be responsible for optimizing healthcare services through effective management of administrative functions. Your role is vital in maintaining quality standards and improving patient satisfaction across our facility.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of the healthcare facility to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Assist in the development and execution of healthcare policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate schedules and appointment systems for clinical staff and patients.
  • Maintain patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Facilitate communication between departments to enhance collaborative care.
  • Supervise administrative support staff and evaluate their performance.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators to the management.
  • Handle patient inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner.
  • Support recruiting, training, and onboarding of new administrators.
  • Evaluate administrative processes for continuous improvement.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
  • Master's degree is an advantage
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare administration or related roles
