Job Description

We are seeking experienced Extruding, Forming, Pressing, and Compacting Machine Setters, Operators, and Tenders to join our dynamic manufacturing team. Candidates will be responsible for setting up and operating machinery to produce top-notch molded parts while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up extrusion and molding processes for production runs.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure product specifications are met.
• Analyze production data for efficiency and quality improvements.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines.
• Follow environmental and waste management policies.
• Assist in product development and prototyping as required.
• Maintain accurate records of materials used and production output.
• Provide feedback on machinery performance and suggest improvements.
• Engage in continuous skill development and training.
• Support team initiatives to achieve operational excellence.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in machine operation or a related field is advantageous

Experience

• At least 2 years in a manufacturing or machine operation role.

Technical Skills

• Troubleshooting
• Safety protocol adherence

• Reliability

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Additional vocational training: Further training in manufacturing techniques is a plus.
