Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated IT Support Technician to join our team in East London. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, providing excellent customer support, and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Act as a point of contact for IT-related inquiries from staff.
• Manage and resolve IT incidents in a timely manner.
• Support system upgrades and installations.
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies and procedures.
• Assist with training staff on new technologies and software.
• Monitor IT systems for performance and reliability.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Computer Science or related field
• Bachelor's degree in IT preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of IT support experience

• Linux Operating System
• Help Desk Software

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
