We are on the lookout for a dedicated General Practitioner to join our Durban team. You will play a crucial role in diagnosing and treating a variety of medical conditions, ensuring patients receive holistic and evidence-based care. Your expertise will be vital in promoting health education and preventive care within the community.

Responsibilities

• Perform necessary diagnostic tests and interpret results.
• Guide patients in lifestyle choices and preventive measures.
• Maintain a patient-centered approach in all care aspects.
• Provide mentorship and supervision to junior medical staff.
• Handle administrative duties related to patient care management.
• Participate in research and quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• MBChB or equivalent medical degree
• Registration with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA)

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting

Certifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS)
