Job Description

We are searching for a creative and driven Social Media Manager to join our marketing team in Durban. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and support our marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Craft and curate high-quality content tailored for specific platforms.
  • Establish a consistent brand voice and aesthetic across all social channels.
  • Track competitor social media strategies and industry trends to inform our approach.
  • Utilize customer feedback to improve social media practices and respond to trends.
  • Work with the PR team to ensure brand messages are consistent across channels.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, or similar field
  • Specialized training in digital marketing is advantageous
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in managing social media accounts
