Responsibilities

• Design and implement chemical process systems.
• Analyze process flow and troubleshoot inefficiencies.
• Conduct experiments and validate processes for product improvement.
• Collaborate with design teams to develop production plans.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor production metrics to ensure optimal performance.
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation on process improvements.
• Assist in the training and development of junior engineers.
• Work with vendors and suppliers to find materials and technologies.
• Participate in project management initiatives to enhance productivity.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of relevant engineering experience
