Cybersecurity Analyst

Job Description

In the role of Cybersecurity Analyst, you will actively defend our network against external and internal threats. Collaborating closely with IT teams, you’ll conduct thorough audits, implement protective measures, and conduct training sessions for staff to ensure the understanding of best security practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance cybersecurity policies, protocols, and procedures.
• Collaborate with external vendors to assess and improve security measures.
• Identify and recommend tools and services for enhanced security operations.
• Review access control policies and manage user permissions on critical systems.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related discipline
• Master's degree in Cybersecurity or related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity roles or information security analysis

Technical Skills

• Security Information and Event Management (SIEM)
• Threat Intelligence Platforms

Soft Skills

• Analytical Thinking
• Collaboration

Certifications

• Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH)
• Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in threat hunting: Proactive identification of threats through threat-hunting techniques.
• Familiarity with cloud security: Experience securing cloud-based services and environments.
