Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and provide network support.
• Assist in maintaining inventory of IT assets and software licenses.
• Engage with vendors for hardware and software procurement as necessary.
• Handle user inquiries regarding new technology and updates.
• Support remote users via various support tools.
• Create user accounts and manage access permissions.
• Participate in IT projects as directed by the IT Manager.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in IT or related field
• Bachelor's degree would be advantageous

Experience

• 1-3 years of relevant IT support experience
