Job Description

We are in search of an Art Director to lead our creative team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design and a solid track record of managing creative projects from concept to execution. You will be key in shaping the visual language of our clients' brands and ensuring a high standard of creativity across all outputs.

Responsibilities

• Direct the artistic aspects of projects, ensuring creativity and originality.
• Create and maintain a visual library for reference across projects.
• Evaluate and select design materials and techniques.
• Establish a cohesive brand identity across all platforms.
• Assist in presentations and pitches to clients.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Art Direction or related field

Experience

• 4+ years in a similar role or agency experience

Technical Skills

• Illustration
• 3D Design

Soft Skills

• Creativity
• Time Management

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with web design: Understanding of web design principles and practices.
• Experience with motion graphics: Ability to create engaging motion graphics for various media.
