UX Researcher

Job Description

As a UX Researcher based in Cape Town, you will be responsible for executing user research initiatives that guide our design team. Your deep understanding of user-centric methodologies will help us better serve our clients and create compelling, easy-to-navigate experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design and conduct usability testing sessions for digital products.
• Compile and present comprehensive reports on user research findings.
• Develop and maintain research documentation for future reference.
• Work closely with data analysts to interpret metrics related to user experience.
• Continuously gather and analyze user feedback for ongoing product improvement.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Master's degree in UX Design or Psychology is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience conducting UX research

Languages

• English: Fluent
