Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Technical Writer to join our dynamic team in Cape Town. In this role, you will create high-quality documentation that meets the needs of both our user base and our product teams. You'll collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to produce a wide array of technical documents including manuals, guidelines, and online help systems.

Responsibilities

• Identify documentation gaps and innovate solutions to fill them.
• Draft content for online help and user assistance systems.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to align documentation with branding initiatives.
• Implement SEO best practices to enhance the visibility of online documentation.
• Use technical tools and software to create and manage documentation.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of documentation processes and tools.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing or a related field
• Postgraduate qualifications are an advantage

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in the technology sector is preferred
