The role involves conducting market analysis, preparing financial models, and developing pitch books to present to clients. Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data to identify investment opportunities.
• Build financial models to forecast future revenues and expenses.
• Prepare pitch materials and client presentations.
• Guide clients through mergers, acquisitions, and public offerings.
• Foster and maintain client relationships for repeat business.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Research market conditions to inform investment strategies.
• Support clients in structuring capital raises and financing.
• Negotiate terms and conditions of financial transactions.
• Actively participate in client networking opportunities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business Administration
• Postgraduate qualifications such as CFA or MBA are advantageous.

Experience

• 4+ years of relevant experience in a financial role
