Responsibilities

  • Oversee the implementation of healthcare policies and standard operating procedures.
  • Work closely with quality assurance teams to maintain high standards.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication channels with external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate training sessions for staff on new healthcare policies and technology.
  • Evaluate staffing requirements and oversee recruitment initiatives.
  • Review and analyze patient feedback to improve services.
  • Ensure all operational practices comply with relevant legislation.
  • Facilitate patient care coordination and discharge planning.

Requirements

Education
  • Relevant Bachelor's degree
  • Relevant Master's degree is a plus

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in healthcare management
