Job Description

As an Investment Banking Associate, you will play a key role in executing transactions and providing advisory services to our clients in Johannesburg. You will work closely with senior bankers to analyse financial data, develop pitch books, and support client presentations.

Responsibilities

• Create in-depth financial analyses and forecasts.
• Help design and structure transaction processes.
• Contribute to the preparation of due diligence reports.
• Engage with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery.
• Track and report on key performance indicators for transactions.
• Enhance presentations with effective data visualisation techniques.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business Administration
• MBA or CFA certification is an advantage

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in investment banking or relevant sector
