Responsibilities

• Develop and test chemical formulations for new products.
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Analyze data from experiments and production processes to determine efficacy.
• Work closely with laboratory teams to conduct research and development.
• Prepare technical reports and present findings to stakeholders.
• Participate in meetings to discuss project status and objectives.
• Assist in the management of project timelines and deliverables.
• Mentor junior engineers in their technical development.
• Evaluate existing processes and make recommendations for improvements.
• Implement quality assurance protocols to maintain high standards.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
• Master's degree in a related field is preferred
