Responsibilities

• Develop innovative UX/UI solutions that enhance user experience.
• Conduct market research to inform design strategies.
• Prototype interactive designs for effective feedback.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless implementation.
• Assist in the development of user personas and journey maps.
• Gather and evaluate user feedback to iterate on designs.
• Engage in team brainstorming sessions to drive creative ideas.
• Analyze competitors’ products and highlight areas for improvement.
• Document design processes and rationale for future reference.
• Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate their feedback.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, UX/UI Design or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design

Technical Skills

• Figma
• Adobe Creative Suite
• HTML/CSS

Soft Skills

• Creativity
• Communication

Certifications

• Certified UX Designer

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in animation or motion design: Knowledge of motion design principles to enhance digital experiences.
• Familiarity with UX research methods: Experience in conducting various UX research methodologies.
