We are seeking an experienced Animation Project Manager to oversee and drive our animation projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management within the animation industry, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the animation production schedule and allocate resources effectively.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration across departments.
• Evaluate project outcomes and implement improvements for future projects.
• Organize and lead project kick-off meetings for new projects.
• Manage budgets and ensure project profitability.
• Stay updated on industry trends to innovate processes and improve project delivery.
• Encourage a positive and productive team environment.
• Support the recruitment and onboarding of new project management staff.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Animation or Project Management
• Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of project management experience in the animation or creative industry
