• Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams.
• Prepare presentations on process recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Conduct root cause analysis of operational issues.
• Adapt existing processes using best practices.
• Manage projects related to production enhancement.
• Interact with suppliers to select quality materials.
• Audit processes to maintain standards.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Relevant certifications are a plus

Experience

• 4+ years in a manufacturing or engineering role

• ERP Systems
• Statistical Process Control (SPC)
