• Oversee production workflow and efficiency.
• Support product development initiatives.
• Document process changes and improvements.
• Implement quality control measures.
• Analyze data to assess performance trends.
• Facilitate workshops to engage teams in process discussions.
• Support training sessions for best practices.
• Prepare detailed reports on operational productivity.
• Liaise with different departments to foster cooperation.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Relevant certifications are a plus

Experience

• 4+ years in a manufacturing or engineering role

• ERP Systems
• Statistical Process Control (SPC)

• Certified Lean Practitioner

Languages

• English: Fluent
