Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Industrial Engineer responsible for streamlining operations and creating efficient processes. The successful candidate will conduct time studies, analyze workflow, and implement strategies for quality improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead process analysis workshops to gather insights from team members.
• Monitor equipment and system performance to identify issues.
• Support the development of quality assurance initiatives.
• Work with suppliers and vendors to ensure compliance with engineering standards.
• Participate in the budget planning process for engineering projects.
• Document engineering processes and workflow for training purposes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment

Technical Skills

• Six Sigma
• CAD Software

• Communication Skills
• Project Management

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with Automation Technologies: Experience with automation tools and robotics in a manufacturing setting.
• Knowledge of Supply Chain Management: Understanding of supply chain processes and their impact on manufacturing efficiency.
