We are in search of a skilled Data Analyst to join our dynamic team in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will be responsible for interpreting data, analyzing results, and generating actionable insights to support business strategies and operational improvements. You will play a crucial role in providing data-driven recommendations and will work closely with various departments to enhance our decision-making processes.

Responsibilities

• Utilize SQL and other database tools to extract and analyze data.
• Develop algorithms and predictive models to forecast trends.
• Engage in A/B testing and experimental design to validate hypotheses.
• Document processes and methodologies for future reference.
• Participate in data governance and management discussions.
• Analyze customer data to identify new opportunities for growth.
• Provide insights from data analysis to inform strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with marketing teams on data-driven campaigns.
• Contribute to the development of data strategy and analytics roadmap.
• Assist in training and onboarding of new data analysts.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field
• Master's degree or relevant certifications are preferred

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence

Technical Skills

• R or Python
• Tableau or Power BI
• Statistical Analysis

• IBM Data Analyst Professional Certificate
