Responsibilities

• Establish project objectives and ensure they align with company strategies.
• Serve as the main point of contact for project stakeholders.
• Facilitate communication among team members, stakeholders, and external parties.
• Utilize project management tools to streamline project processes.
• Conduct project reviews and assessments to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
• Mentor and guide junior project staff in project management practices.
• Implement lessons learned and best practices into future projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Master's degree or MBA is a plus

Experience

• 6+ years of project management experience in complex project environments

Certifications
