IT Support Technician

Job Description

As an IT Support Technician, you will be at the forefront of our customer interaction. You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, provide general IT support and ensure that our clients receive excellent service. We are looking for problem solvers and tech-savvy individuals.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service while resolving technical issues.
• Keep accurate logs of issues and resolutions for future reference.
• Implement updates and patches to systems as required.
• Participate in IT projects and system upgrades.
• Assist in developing IT processes and procedures.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT-related field

Experience

• More than 2 years of professional experience in IT support or customer service

Certifications

• CompTIA Network+ Certified
• ITIL Foundation Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
