Job Description

We are in search of skilled Mixing and Blending Machine Setters, Operators, and Tenders to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be pivotal in ensuring that all mixing equipment functions effectively and efficiently, maintaining the highest safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Setup and operate blending machines for production.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure quality standards are met.
• Diagnose and resolve any issues that may arise in the blending process.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment and workspaces.
• Work in collaboration with other departments to meet production targets.
• Participate in regular safety training sessions and meetings.
• Document daily activities and production outcomes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the team.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical qualification in Manufacturing or Engineering is preferred

Experience

• 2-3 years of experience in the manufacturing sector, specifically with blending machines

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of mixing equipment
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office

Soft Skills

• Communication skills
• Time management

Certifications

• First Aid Certification
• Health and Safety Regulations Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Prior experience in a quality control role: Experience with quality assurance processes within manufacturing.
