Job Description

We're seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our Pretoria team. You will be responsible for extracting and interpreting complex datasets, presenting findings, and recommending actions based on your analyses. Your expertise will help shape our data strategies.

Responsibilities

• Utilize statistical tools to analyze data sets for business insights.
• Design and implement data models that support analytics initiatives.
• Collaborate with IT and Data Engineering teams to improve data quality.
• Present analytical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented data strategies.
• Train and mentor junior team members on data analytics best practices.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to align data strategies with business goals.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in a data analyst role
