Responsibilities

• Assist in the compounding of medications.
• Provide support in medication therapy management.
• Act as a liaison between patients and pharmacists.
• Conduct quality assurance checks on dispensed medications.
• Support clinical services within the pharmacy.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy area.
• Help in the development of patient education materials.
• Monitor drug utilization patterns and report discrepancies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Basic
