We are searching for a talented Architect to join our Johannesburg team. You will be responsible for designing and overseeing various architectural projects, ensuring they meet client specifications and regulations. Responsibilities

• Design and draft architectural plans using CAD software.
• Lead project meetings and coordinate with contractors and suppliers.
• Review and approve shop drawings and submittals.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation for regulatory approvals.
• Mentor junior architects and interns in design principles and practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Master's degree in Architecture or Urban Design is an added advantage

Experience

• 5+ years in architectural practice with a portfolio of completed projects

Technical Skills

• BIM Software
• 3D Visualization

Soft Skills

• Teamwork
• Negotiation

Certifications

• Professional Architect (SA)

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Basic
