Responsibilities

• Administer psychometric tests and interpret results for treatment planning.
• Provide therapeutic support for individuals experiencing trauma.
• Develop educational materials for client and community mental health education.
• Conduct research projects to enhance therapeutic approaches.
• Assist in training and mentoring interns or junior staff.
• Offer teletherapy options for clients unable to attend in person.
• Ensure a culturally competent approach in all client interactions.
• Provide support in community mental health initiatives.
• Collaborate with external agencies for comprehensive care.
• Engage regularly with clients to understand their evolving needs.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Clinical Psychology
• PhD in Psychology is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in private practice is preferred
