Job Description

As an IT Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support, managing IT issues, and maintaining systems to ensure reliable operations. Your expertise will help our team thrive and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line technical support to staff and customers.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues promptly.
  • Install and configure computer systems and applications.
  • Maintain IT inventory and manage IT equipment.
  • Assist with user training and deliver IT onboarding.
  • Document incidents and track resolutions in a ticketing system.
  • Ensure system security and compliance with company policies.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Information Technology or related field
  • CompTIA A+ certification is a plus
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in IT support or related field
