Responsibilities

• Cultivate and implement the agency's artistic vision across all brand channels.
• Ensure the team produces work that adheres to brand guidelines and quality standards.
• Engage with clients to understand their vision and translate it into effective creative strategies.
• Drive the expansion of our portfolio through innovative project execution.
• Lead brainstorming sessions to generate fresh ideas and innovative concepts.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Visual Communications or related field
• Master's degree in Business Administration is an advantage

Experience

• 10+ years of experience in creative direction or related fields

• Brand Strategy
• Adobe Creative Suite

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Experience with UX/UI Design: Proficiency in designing user-centric products that enhance user experience.
