Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our operations in Pretoria. You will manage a team, ensure inventory accuracy, and maintain safety standards. This role requires effective communication and leadership skills to drive team performance and meet delivery goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage the warehouse budget and control operational costs.
• Ensure effective communication between warehouse and other departments.
• Implement best practices for inventory management.
• Conduct safety inspections and drills for warehouse staff.
• Facilitate timely processing of returns and damaged goods.
• Use warehouse management systems to track and manage inventory.
• Assist in strategic planning for warehouse operations.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Further education in Warehouse Management is an advantage

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in logistics or warehouse operations
