We're searching for a skilled BI Analyst to join our Johannesburg team. In this role, you will analyze large datasets to unearth trends and patterns that inform our business strategies. Your insights will be key in supporting various teams with their data needs, ensuring that our organizational processes adapt and improve continuously.

Responsibilities

• Gather and interpret data from various sources.
• Create detailed business intelligence reports for management.
• Build and manage data models for forecasting and analysis.
• Support decision-makers by providing timely insights.
• Work with IT to enhance data collection and reporting tools.
• Conduct training on data interpretation for stakeholders.
• Assess the effectiveness of data-driven decisions.
• Monitor data collection methods for improved accuracy.

• Participate in strategic planning discussions with insights.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in BI or data analytics roles

Technical Skills

• R or Python

Languages
