Responsibilities

• Analyze structural failures and provide strategic solutions to resolve issues.
• Support project managers in stakeholder communications and presentations.
• Review and approve structural engineering plans for compliance.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently while meeting deadlines.
• Contribute to enhancing the company’s knowledge base and technical resources.
• Prepare quality assurance protocols for materials used in construction.
• Implement cost-effective design solutions without compromising safety standards.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or a related field
• Postgraduate qualifications preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience in structural design

Technical Skills

• Finite Element Analysis
• Structural Design Codes

Soft Skills

• Leadership
• Time management

Certifications

• Chartered Engineer Status
• LEED Accreditation is advantageous

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with 3D modeling software: Familiarity with BIM and 3D visualization applications.
