DevOps Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in cloud computing, CI/CD practices, and infrastructure automation. You will play a critical role in enhancing our software delivery processes and ensuring high availability of systems.

Responsibilities

• Enhance deployment pipelines and improve overall system reliability.
• Work with stakeholders to define service requirements and specifications.
• Implement backup and disaster recovery strategies.
• Participate in on-call rotations to support production systems.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field

Experience

• 3+ years in a DevOps role or similar positions

• CI/CD Tools

Certifications

• Google Professional Cloud Architect

Languages
