Job Description

In the Healthcare Administrator role, you will lead initiatives aimed at improving service quality and operational effectiveness within our healthcare system. Your insight into healthcare management will enable you to develop plans that promote staff collaboration, streamline processes, and optimize patient experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Implement regulatory compliance initiatives within the facility.
  • Schedule staff meetings to discuss operational matters.
  • Manage vendor contracts and negotiations for services.
  • Oversee the scheduling of patient appointments and healthcare services.
  • Utilize healthcare management software for data tracking.
  • Promote a patient-centered approach to care delivery.
  • Analyze feedback from patients to inform service improvement.
  • Maintain effective communication with external healthcare providers.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences
  • Master’s degree or relevant certification is desirable
