Join our Cape Town team as a UI Designer! We are looking for someone who can craft engaging and user-friendly interface designs for our applications. Your role will involve translating complex ideas into intuitive and easy-to-use layouts that enhance the overall user experience. You'll work in a collaborative environment aimed at innovating design solutions that meet user needs.

Responsibilities

• Produce design layouts and interface elements that enhance user interactions.
• Collaborate with product teams to define design strategy and vision.
• Conduct A/B testing and analyze metrics to gauge design effectiveness.
• Create responsive design solutions for various devices and screen sizes.
• Mentor junior designers and provide feedback on design work.
• Contribute to the refinement of the overall brand identity through design.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Multimedia, or a related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design

Technical Skills

• Sketch
• Prototyping Tools

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with Agile Methodologies: Experience working in an Agile environment to enhance project workflows.
