Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous Yarn Examiner to oversee the quality of our yarn production. The successful candidate will conduct thorough inspections, tests, and grading of yarn to ensure compliance with stringent quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections and tests of yarn.
• Document findings and prepare quality reports.
• Work with production to implement and monitor quality control measures.
• Review and update quality control policies as needed.
• Assist in training staff on quality inspection techniques.
• Communicate effectively with suppliers regarding quality concerns.
• Analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Lead internal quality audits and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain testing equipment and ensure it is calibrated and updated.
• Support efforts to improve overall production quality.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering or related field preferred

Experience

• At least 3 years of experience in a quality control role within the textile industry.
