Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Cloth Doffer to join our team. The Cloth Doffer will be responsible for removing full cloth rolls from textile machines, replacing them with empty rolls, and ensuring the smooth operation of the production line.

Responsibilities

• Rotate between various machines as needed.
• Perform quality checks on cloth rolls.
• Assist with machine setup and adjustments.
• Aid in training new team members on procedures.
• Report any safety hazards or concerns immediately.

Requirements

Education

• Matric certificate or equivalent

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.

Technical Skills

• Experience with textile machinery

Soft Skills

• Time management

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Ability to work shifts: Flexibility to work either day or night shifts when required.
