We are on the lookout for a dedicated IT Support Technician to join our East London team. In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, providing technical support, and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems. Responsibilities

  • Set up and configure new workstations and mobile devices.
  • Manage user accounts and permissions within the organization.
  • Work with vendors to resolve technical issues and service outages.
  • Generate reports on IT support metrics and trends for management review.
  • Create and maintain user guides and training materials.
  • Provide support for remote users and mobile devices.
  • Coordinate with the IT Manager on budgetary requirements for IT supplies.
  • Assist with disaster recovery planning and documentation.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Information Technology or related field
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a technical support role
