Responsibilities

• Identify recurring technical issues and recommend improvements to prevent them.
• Assist in maintaining network and infrastructure security to minimize vulnerabilities.
• Log all support requests in the ticketing system for tracking and reporting.
• Support service requests from internal staff and external clients.
• Participate in regular IT meetings to align on project statuses and issues.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all users.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
• Additional certifications in IT are advantageous.

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in technical support roles.
