Job Description

As an IT Support Technician, your primary role will involve assisting users with hardware and software problems. You will be expected to diagnose issues, provide solutions, and maintain IT infrastructure. Ideal candidates are problem solvers with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Resolve IT-related issues that may arise within the organization.
  • Monitor and maintain IT systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Assist with user account management and permissions.
  • Conduct regular system backups and recovery procedures.
  • Participate in IT service improvement initiatives.
  • Communicate technical information to non-technical staff effectively.
  • Handle escalated issues from junior support staff.
  • Stay updated with current technologies and trends in IT support.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma or degree in Information Technology or related field
Experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in IT support or related roles
