Job Description

We're seeking an IT Support Technician to join our growing team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of hardware, software, and network systems. You'll be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting issues for our clients and staff.

Responsibilities

  • Provide IT support for software and hardware inquiries with effective solutions.
  • Perform system monitoring and apply necessary patches and updates.
  • Assist in network setup and configuration.
  • Evaluate new software and hardware for purchase consideration.
  • Maintain a record of support requests and resolutions.
  • Contribute to IT support documentation and training materials.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss common challenges and solutions.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma or degree in Computer Science
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in tech support roles

  • Windows and Linux OS
