As a Software Quality Assurance Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. You will be responsible for identifying and reporting bugs and usability issues before products are released to the public. Your keen attention to detail and strong analytical skills will help us maintain our high standards.

Responsibilities

• Identify, document, and track software defects through to resolution.
• Contribute to usability testing and provide insights for improvements.
• Work closely with the product development team to ensure quality standards are met.
• Perform regression testing on new updates and releases.
• Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint reviews as part of the Agile process.
• Assist in the development of quality assurance processes and guidelines.
• Utilize automated testing tools to improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
• Participate in training and mentoring junior QA team members.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Information Technology or related field

Experience

• Experience in automated testing is advantageous.
