Join our Johannesburg office as an Accountant, where you will be responsible for overseeing financial transactions and preparing reports. An ideal candidate will have a background in finance or accounting and be adept at using accounting systems. Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain financial records and statements.
• Perform month-end closings and prepare monthly financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies.
• Conduct audits of accounts payable and receivable.
• Provide support for tax preparation and filing.
• Monitor and manage financial transactions and budgets.
• Collaborate with the finance team to identify financial discrepancies.
• Enhance financial reporting processes.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA certification is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in accounting roles
