Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing.

  • Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and explore upsell opportunities.
  • Participate in training sessions to develop sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Sales and Marketing or equivalent qualification
Experience
  • 2+ years in a sales role with a proven track record of meeting targets
