Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive patient evaluations.
  • Manage chronic diseases through effective treatment plans.
  • Ensure patient confidentiality is upheld at all times.
  • Conduct follow-up visits to monitor patient progress.
  • Coordinate with healthcare teams for integrated care.
  • Provide guidance on lifestyle changes to improve health outcomes.
  • Take part in patient education and health workshops.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Address and manage patient concerns promptly.
  • Utilize electronic health records efficiently.

Requirements

Education
  • MBChB or equivalent medical qualification
  • Postgraduate training in Family Medicine or similar is ideal
Experience
  • 3+ years in a similar role preferred
