Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing candidates and conducting interviews.
• Promote a positive company culture through employee engagement initiatives.
• Handle payroll management and ensure accurate compensation for staff.
• Provide support in the development of training programs.
• Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to improve retention.
• Support diversity and inclusion initiatives within the workforce.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, HRCI)

Experience

• 3-5 years of HR experience in a generalist role
