Job Description

As a Business Continuity Planner at Tech Innovations Inc., you will focus on developing and implementing robust continuity strategies aimed at ensuring the organization’s preparedness for unforeseen disruptions. Responsibilities

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar field
  • Master's degree or further certifications in change management is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in leading change initiatives.
Technical Skills
  • Knowledge of change management methodologies and best practices
  • Strong leadership and facilitation skills

Languages
  • English: Fluent
