Job Description

The Credit Manager will be responsible for overseeing the credit and collection operations, ensuring effective management of credit risk, and collaborating with team members to enhance financial processes.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the implementation of credit-related technology solutions.
  • Analyze data to identify trends in customer credit and payment behavior.
  • Assist in the development of long-term strategies for credit management.
  • Engage in negotiations with clients regarding payment terms.
  • Implement training programs to enhance staff capabilities in credit evaluation.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to align credit practices with business objectives.
  • Prepare annual budgets for the credit department.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
  • Resolve disputes with customers regarding credit decisions.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration
  • Master's degree in Finance or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 7+ years of experience in managing credit operations
