Job Description

We are looking for reliable and skilled Production Workers to join our team in Johannesburg. This role involves working hands-on in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, ensuring all products meet our high standards for quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly tasks for various products.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations during operations.
• Communicate effectively with team leads regarding production issues.
• Participate in company-sponsored training programs and workshops.
• Assist in inventory management of production supplies.
• Provide feedback on product quality and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Technical certification in manufacturing processes is preferred

Experience

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in production or manufacturing
