We are on the lookout for a detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our Pretoria team. The successful candidate will be responsible for interpreting data, analyzing results, and generating actionable insights through reports and visualizations. You will work closely with various departments to ensure data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Perform data mining and statistical analysis to drive decisions.
• Maintain databases and data systems for reporting purposes.
• Prepare and present reports to stakeholders to support business planning.
• Monitor key performance indicators and provide insights.
• Support the recruitment and training of new data analytics team members.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Quantitative Analysis or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business analytics

Technical Skills

• Advanced SQL
• Statistical Software (R, SAS)
• Data Management Tools

Certifications

• Certified Analytics Professional (CAP)

Languages

• English: Fluent
